You have the right to refuse police into your home, search your phone, computer, purse, and your belongings so long as they DO NOT have a warrant with them. They may tell you they can get one, so let them. Do not consent to anything.

You have the absolute right to refuse to speak to the police. This is the right of self-incrimination. Because anything you do say will be used against you. This is your right to invoke. Never waive it.

If you are taken to the police station or are asked to meet with the police, you have the right to have a lawyer present. Use it.
